Keep it simple

Ordering Muffins from Muffin Heaven has been designed to be as simple as possible, but if your new to the internet or just want to be belt and braces about ordering your Muffins here’s a dead quick 3 step guide!

Step 1 – choose your muffin

Click on the range you would like to browse, you’ll be presented with a sumptuous carousel of yummy muffins which you can browse through. Clicking the pink button below the Muffin will load the description for that Muffin on the right, as well as a big pink button saying “Select this Muffin” that’s for… yep you guessed it selecting that Muffin! (don’t worry you can always change your choice even after you have selected a Muffin!)

Step 2 – How many & add your message!

After you have chosen your Muffin, the carousel will re-load with your selection and you can select the amount and box type. We have some really nice keep sake boxes if you want to send someone that extra special treat! Then add your own personal message, but keep it short and sweet as there’s only room for 25 characters in the “to” section and 75 in the “from” section. OK then, done that? Hit the order button which will bring you to the cart

Step 3 – Special order instructions & checkout

OK once you hit “Order” your selected Muffins and Box will appear in the cart along with your message, just below the cart is a message box, here you can add special delivery instructions, be as specific as you need! Information such as requested despatch dates are all cool. In fact anything you would like us to know that relates to how/when/where you want your Muffins delivered, add it here. We can’t promise we will be able to fulfill every request but will do our level best!

If you should wish to order muffins for more than one lucky recipient, we need to ask you to place this as a separate order.
